"The A/C wasn’t working, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. We went to Pfistern for dinner, but they said they didn’t have any reservation for us, even though the hotel had assured us they called. Anyway, overall it was just an okay experience. The staff was friendly, though."

"Spectacular place! Spent 4 nights here and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly from the front desk, concierge, front door, & drivers. I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful hotel. This gem above the city of Zurich is a tranquil retreat surrounded by lush forest. The spa and restaurants are amazing! I highly recommend the Dolder and hope to stay here again sometime."
