"The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. Was told by one member of staff that they had a sauna that was open same time as the pool, but on the first time of trying to...

"Wir haben ganz spontan gebucht und ehrlich gesagt gar nicht viel erwartet, umso größer war die positive Überraschung! 😊 Wir hatten zu dritt ein mega schönes, großes und vor allem sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für unseren kurzen, spontanen Aufenthalt hat wirklich alles rundum gepasst. "I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, and everything was exactly as described. The check-in process was very easy and convenient, and the instructions provided were clear and helpful. The location was peaceful and pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would be happy to stay here again!"

"When I first arrived , I was a bit spooked because I had paid a high price for something akin to a Premier Inn/Campanile type hotel. I did buy into the concept but did so miss tea/coffee making facilities and a balcony. One I had settled , I loved the place and found the staff exceptional. What bowled me over was the spa and pools . Wow!! Absolutely second to none. The bar was very good drinkswise and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful ( particularly Bastien and Sami) The bar food was OK but lacked a bit of variety. If you did not want Pizza , there was very little else. The breakfast did not vary much . One day there were sausages , next day there were none. Needed a sports threrapy massage for my arthritic knees , and was asssured by a Manager and and a member of staff at the Nivea House that I could get one . I did feel very short changed by what was actually provided . Would stay again? Definitely - if only for the amazing spa"

"This hotel had a coach party staying so we were relegated to the anex a separate building a short walk away, it was clean but basic. Parking was free but a drive through the village. The restaurant had a good choice and was of a good standard. Breakfast was good. This hotel is cheap choice for a passing stay. Just as the coach tour was doing, maybe not a full holiday."
