"We arrived late in the evening. The front desk guy was not professional at all. Told us that we only made a reservation and did not pay for our stay, which was not true. Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. We went back to the front desk to ask for the room we pay for and he showed us the price that was displayed on the wall and that room was a studio which was way more...
