Set on expansive acreage, this stylish home comfortably hosts up to eight guests with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, including an en suite. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, the third a double, plus a queen sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen flows into the dining space before stepping down into a large lounge with a 75-inch TV and heat pump. Bedrooms have their own heaters, while bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails. Outdoors, enjoy a barbecue and open lawns teeming with wildlife.

Guests have full access to the property. There are no shared spaces or areas that are off-limits during your stay.

Acton Park is a sought-after lifestyle area known for its privacy, space, and natural beauty. The property sits close to beaches, including Roaches Beach within walking distance, and you’ll often see wallabies, native birds, and other wildlife on the grounds. Despite its secluded feel, the home is only a short drive to Lauderdale shops, cafes, and services, and around 20 minutes from Hobart’s CBD.

Guests are best served by car, with plenty of parking available on the property. The area is semi-rural and public transport is limited, so driving is the easiest way to reach nearby beaches, cafes, and Hobart city.

The property features active beehives — these are securely placed but should not be approached. Heating is available throughout, with a large heat pump in the living room, heaters in each bedroom, and heated towel rails in the bathrooms. Several areas, including the garage, the linen cupboard and the outdoor spa room, are locked for owner use only. The home’s seclusion and privacy make it ideal for relaxing stays while still being close to Hobart and the airport.
