There is large bedroom with a Brand-New Queen-size bed with built in robes. There is a large bathroom off the bedroom with a spacious shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry is also located in the bathroom with a dryer/washer and large sink.
There is a deck wrapping around the studio with the most amazing views of the Derwent River .
The studio has a large reverse cycle air conditioner ensuring warmth in winter and cooling in summer, as well as dual roller blinds for privacy.

Guest Access:
Guests have use of the entire space for the duration of the stay.
The studio is located behind the main house, entry to the studio is through main house driveway. There is no off-street parking, there is free on street parking.
