Lovely clean modern apartment, very well equipped, 15 minutes to Hobart city. Good shops and beach within walking distance. Lovely garden to relax in. Excellent host.

Great homely stay at a superb location
Our family spent 3 nights at Erica's place and it was an absolutely pleasant stay. Erica well prepared everything we needed and more, the front yard garden is lovely and offers a few herbs that we enjoyed with our meals. The place is located near to Woolworths, near to the beach (we did not swim but had a fantastic walk along the sandy stretch), super quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again next time we are in Hobart.

Real home
It is one of the best stayz we have stayed so far. The place is perfect for 4 people. It has everything you need. Erica made the home feel comfortable. the location was next to a calm beach. It was very easy to communicate with her, and we will definitely stay again if we come back to Tassie.

Christmas trip
We had a wonderful stay in Erica's accommodation. The unit itself is private, spotless, cosy and had everything we could need. We could stand in the kitchen and see the water which was fabulous, and a child friendly beach is a very short walk. Erica was a fabulous host who provided everything we needed and more, the personal touches such as food, a Christmas card and chocolates and plums from the garden made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor area was a lovely spot to sit as we listened to birds and ate plums from the tree, our toddler loved it. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything. We need. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning.

Great stay in this well appointed apartment!
Thanks for a wonderful stay! The apartment was well stocked with all you could need. Easy to get to and a beautiful view down the driveway across to Mount Wellington. Host highly responsive and very generous. Highly recommend!

Spacious clean and felt like home.
Myself my partner and my mum stayed here in December. The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. The host communicated everything really well. We loved all the personal touches that Erica made throughout the unit. The decor had a nice homey feel to it which made it feel like home instead of a hotel room. Highly recommend staying here on your visit to Hobart. Great location especially if you have a car.

Secret oasis in Hobart
This is an immaculate property with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable - certainly a home away from home. Erica goes out of her way to include those special finishing touches such as fresh flowers, samples of local fare, including fresh garden produce, a handwritten welcome note and many other extras to make your stay memorable. The property is also located close to all amenities and a couple of streets from the beach, with wonderful views over Hobart and Mount Wellington. We also had the added privilege of meeting Maggie, the curly coated retriever who is an absolute darling for pet lovers. She was one of the highlights of our stay as we were sorely missing our own pets. We were only sorry we couldn't stay for longer but certainly hope to return when we next visit Hobart. We can see why this property has earned its 5 star rating. Thank you for a wonderful stay Erica.

Accommodation Bliss
Erica was the most wonderful host and the apartment was pure bliss. The location is magical, what a view. The apartment is spacious and clean. So many thoughtful touch. My children & I will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Tasmania. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Lovely and clean with everything you need.
The place was very clean, the host very warm and friendly with little extra touches. The beds were comfortable and you could walk to the beach. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Peaceful Howrah stay
We really enjoyed our week at 24a Jungira st. It was a very peaceful location with a pretty garden. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed and it felt like home from home. Erica, the hostess, was extremely kind and could not do enough for us. The apartment was on a reliable bus route and the journey took 25 mins . All in all a great place to stay as long as you don't mind being outside the city.

A wonderful stay.
We had a great 5 night stay. The unit was modern, very clean, well appointed and in a great location near Howrah beach and with supermarkets a short drive away. Communication with the property manager (Erica) was excellent.

We were all impressed with the presentation of the flat & the amenities available eg dishwasher, washing machine. The flat was warm & comfortable & little things like the flowers & nibbles left for us made us feel very welcome. We'd love to stay there again.

Warm welcome and hospitality during the winter season
The house is very clean and tidy, with well equipped appliances & modern kitchen and 2 generous size of bedrooms. In addition, it is so closed to shopping centre and restaurant for take away, so basically we don't worry too much of the meal for the dinner. We arrived late night from cold and chilly weather, but Erica already prepared and opened the heater to warm up the whole house, also she left some breads and milk for us. Therefore, my kids can at least have something to eat from the long trip. Much appreciated for that hospitality.

A lovely and cozy stay in the middle of winter. A huge thanks to our host for warming up the accommodation for my friends and I before we checked in and for their recommendations for Dark Mofo and eateries. This is a lovely property conveniently located for our purposes. The beds were comfortable and the entire accomodation was clean and homey. The extra touches in the kitchen were very welcomed.

The apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable - we had everything we needed. Having use of the little garden was lovely too. The apartment is a short walk from the beach and a short drive (or long walk) from the supermarket. Erica was very hospitable.

Amazing hospitality and home. Erica was lovely and welcoming, providing us with fresh fruits from her backyard! The location is beautiful- very close to the beach, and a quick drive to the inner city of Hobart. When we return to Tassie, we will 100% be staying here again :)

This is a tastefully decorated and very comfortable stay. The manager is available and helpful. The property is very conveniently located to the city. The attention to detail is amazing, from plentiful kitchenware, washer, clothes line, even a nightlight in the bathroom. This is a highly recommended and comfortable place to stay.

The place is very cosy two bed room apartment. This is essentially an air-bnb style accommodation with host. The host was very welcoming and ensured our stay was very enjoyable. The bed was the best and I meant it considering we had 2 other places after this and kitchenette was complete. The place is close to Howrah small beach where you could supposedly see an aurora on the right day with right condition (we didn't see any). Parking can be challenging given the place sits behind. Shower was great. It was impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
