Our contemporary apartment is the upper storey of a grand Federation home built in 1905. Set in the heart of historic Battery Point, it is a 5 minute walk to the famous Salamanca Market, Mona Ferry Terminal and the shops and restaurants of Hobart's waterfront precinct.

The light airy high ceiling apartment is a generous space for 2, but can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It's great for a weekend break or perfect as your base for a longer stay to explore Hobart and southern Tasmania.

The Penthouse has:
3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens)
2 bathrooms (1 main, 1 ensuite)
laundry (washing machine and dryer)

The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas with sliding doors to a generous outside deck and eating area.

Perfect for 3 friends
This property was perfect for 3 singles seeking a room each. Located within easy walk to Sandy Bay , Battery Point , Salamanca & City Centre. While we did not self cater the kitchen is well appointed. Onsite parking. This property ticked all boxes for us. Fresh milk , coffee beans & Breville Machine was an unexpected bonus.
