Attention to detail is required with the cleaning of the apartment. There are broken and missing handles on bedroom furniture, one of the single seater lounges is quite broken, the padding in sections of the 3 seater lounge is missing and wooden frame is what you end up sitting on. There is no shower screen so water ends up all over the bathroom floor and toilet. Gardening/weeding is required outside the apartment to make the seating area a place where people could sit. For the price paid this property was disappointing.
