Great view and comfortable residence
The house was well set out and had all the creature comforts we were after for a short stay in Hobart. Reasonably close to shops and just a short drive into Hobart.

House has plenty of room. Seperate lounge, dining, and sitting areas. Made it very comfortable for 6 people. Great views of the water, although you must drive to local beaches which wasn’t a major hassle. Supermarkets and food shops were close by. Would stay again if i travel to Hobart.

Loved our stay …..beautiful house in a great location. Only gripes were that although there was a dishwasher there we could have just done a hand wash except there was no tea towels or dishcloth there. We also found the keypad on the door very hard too see in the sun so used the available key once we were inside. Excellent host very responsive to our messages.

Thanks for letting us know about the issues with the tea towel and dishcloths. They are usually left folded in the cupboard beneath the sink but maybe the cleaner forgot? I will check with her. Sorry

Lovely clean house in a great spot
Nice clean and modern accommodation. I had a two night stopover on my return to Tasmania from interstate. Would happily recommend to others. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful home away from home
Everything you need in this beautiful home. The location is perfect for walks, and also only a short drive to any direction in the Hobart surrounds. Can't wait to stay again in the future.

Comfortable pet friendly house
This house was very comfortable and in a convenient location. Heat pumps kept the house warm and the secure yard was great for the dogs.

Great stay!
This is a great property. It's in a lovely quiet neighborhood, but close enough to Hobart. We had a car, so I don't know what the public transport links are like. The information from the property manager was excellent, including detailed location instructions. The house is spacious, well appointed and beautifully presented. A great home away from home for your next trip to Tassie!

Fabulous house with lovely views. Plenty of room for us all and the separate living rooms were so functional. Close to everything we needed and amazing restaurants and cafes at Blackman's Bay and Kingston Beach. The house was well equipped with everything we could have needed.

This property was one of the best we have stayed.
The home was beautiful and clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge had ice cubes already in the freezer. We have two Westies and the yard was fully fenced for them to play outside. We enjoyed time sitting on the balcony at dinner time. We shall certainly keep this property in mind next time we stay in Hobart.

Neat and adequate
We enjoyed our stay here. The property was really neat but perhaps a bit sparse. There wasn't quite enough crockery and cutlery for 7 people. One of the showers could have been cleaner. Great communication from the owner though, and she was very considerate when we had to change our booking due to a Covid lockdown.

I am so sorry about the issues you experienced, and thank you for letting me know! We have a new cleaner and I am finding out some things are not being attended to, which I am currently dealing with. There should always be 9+ of everything in the cupboard (there are spares in the cleaning cupboard to be added so it is not hard for them to do). For future reference, if you find issues such as you have mentioned let the owner know when you find them, as we could have come over and addressed the issues so you did not struggle. I cannot comment on other owners but we live close by and want things to be as they should be so will do all we can to resolve problems when we know of them. Thanks

Fantastic accommodation
Clean & comfortable with beautiful views. Perfect house for our extended family with plenty of rooms, two lounge areas, outside dining patio and wonderful safe backyard for kids to play in. The toy cupboard was brilliant too! Enjoyed spending time at Blackmans Bay beach & the pizza at the Beach restaurant was delicious. Will definitely recommend this accommodation to family & friends.

My 4 sisters and my mum had a very relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, the neighbourhood is quiet, the shops are close by, both Kingston and Blackmans Bay beach are lovely for all family ages. We hired a car so it was easy to travel around. The house is wonderfully clean and fresh. The view of the sunrise is spectacular. The kitchenware is well stocked, and we were happy with the pantry basics. With 6 adults in the house there is ample space, so you don’t feel cramped in. The heating was ample, although if prefer too sleep in a cooler room take the downstairs bed. We have no negatives and for 6 adults that have different needs that is an achievement. Of course we would all love to come back. Thanks to Andrea for helping me with my 2 queries. And thanks for the cleaner who keeps the house in tip top condition.
