Hotel looks new and is in beautiful location. Room was clean. Hotel staff, including the check-in counter and restaurant staff, is not too friendly and can improve.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The hotel was wonderful nestled amongst the mountains, the room was spacious with a great view of the pool .
But what stood out was the staff ,a family run hotel and they were excellent looking after guests with utmost care.Nothing was a problem, from cooking a special meal to helping with planning of trips.
Room was clean big and beautiful. Stacy are maintaining the property at all times and your room. Staff there are really nice. Receptionist called loc was especially helpful and even gave me a ride to a landmark after his shift was over. Much appreciated! I would 100% recommend this place. It’s in a quiet location but a quick motorbike or taxi ride will take you to the centre of tam coc
The room I had was large, very clean and included some nice features like a built in LED temp gauge for shower temp water. Some things I always look for and met my expection included quiet and efficient AC, fridge, safe,
comfortable mattress, lots of closets and drawers space. The hotel itself is a beautiful French provincial design with the property right up next to the mountainside with a large pool for swimming and and relaxing. Breakfast menu was average for brunch but included fresh fruit, fresh juice, bread a few Asian vegetable and noodle dishes and an egg station. I probably had a few too many spring rolls which were delicious 😋
Breakfast was small due to hotel size but really delicious, desk staff were so helpful, aircon works well, free bikes to rent a bonus.
Obviously the highlight is the scenic location of the hotel, a little far from the main centre, not an issue though as grabs are easy to get here. So peaceful and idyllic, would stay again.
Very beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated inside and out, in a peaceful setting in the Vietnamese countryside. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. I booked two rooms, both beautiful. Daily housekeeping. The only criticism is the condition of the scooters. Otherwise, I would stay longer to recharge my batteries, but all things must come to an end...
Sehr großes Zimmer und angenehm ruhige Lage im hektischen Tam Coc. Nur das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen, insbesondere war es schwierig, warmen Kaffee zu bekommen
