The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it."Reviewed July 24, 2026Return • Sydney (SYD) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)SYD - SGN • Direct SGN - SYD • DirectAU$3,803AU$1,956found 1 day agoper traveller - Landmark 81 Residences Luxury

Cau Ong Lanh5 nights3.0 star property9.8/10 - Exceptional (165 reviews)"My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception..."Reviewed September 29, 2025Return • Brisbane (BNE) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)BNE - SGN • Direct SGN - BNE • DirectAU$4,427AU$2,168found 1 day agoper traveller - GRAND HOTEL du LAC Boutique Saigon

Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. "Great modern, artistic property with loads of space, amenities and excellent rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of local and international food. Our one disappointment was the find in the Muoi restaurant wasn’t as good as the other restaurants and quite bland for a local cuisine."

"Excellent service! Staff were so nice and friendly. Resort is very clean and well maintained. The only downside is beach wasn’t that clean when we were there, there were garbage floating in the water. But otherwise it’s still highly recommended for family especially with kids. "

"I was checking in for a few days in Ho Tram boutique hotel . The surrounding were greeneries and picturesque . It was after the rained so everything seemed fresh. We dined at the restaurant and the foods and the services were excellent. I had a spa service the next day and it was the best for my body. He beach front was a bit rough due to bad weather so we checked out a day earlier. I would come back to this hotel boutique again in the very near future."
