Sleeps 8 guests, 4 beds/1.5 baths +full shower in laundry room, large recreation/game room with air hockey, foosball, XBox, and games; fire pit with nighttime lighting, Adirondack chairs, and complimentary firewood; gas grill; covered deck with rocking chairs; walking track and outdoor basketball across street (we provide the balls); walk to Food City grocery store, 7 restaurants, smoothie shop, and nail salon. Beautiful view of Signal and Mowbray Mountains from the front porch.
