"Our room was better than we expected for the price. We were towing a trailer so it was really nice that they have a gravel lot for larger vehicles. It was only over night but it was a nice stay. We would stay there again with not problems"

"We had a wonderful time here. Listening to the bubbling stream while sitting on the porch was wonderful, falling asleep to it was amazing. The cabin had everything we needed, we had supplies in the car we didn’t even need to bring in. Everything was clean and all ready for our arrival. Bill was so helpful & kind, he answered our questions quickly. There is plenty shopping and activities nearby, but we were looking for restful, quiet time which we found there too. "The house itself is very nice and equipped with anything you might need, but the best feature is the view from the screen porch. You can see the lake. Not a clear view but beautiful through the tree tops. I've never been anywhere so quiet. All we heard were birds and an occaisonal boat. The wifi was down and cell service is very spotty, but a blessing to get away from there. Can't wait to return."

"The cabin was new, clean, and well stocked. The high ceilings and windows made the entire place feel open any airy. We especially enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fireplace and lounging in the hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to the cabin when we come back to Murphy!"
