We can take a hot spring with a super nice view.
I recommend you to go there before dark.
You won’t see beautiful scenery if it’s dark.
In the morning, we can take a private bath for free,
But I’m not sure until when because it says it’s free for opening sale.
Guest House Kotohira is a quirky ryokan attached to an onsen. As guests you get to use the onsen facilities for free - which include men’s and women’s outdoor hot spring baths across the road and a private family bath that’s available in the morning. It’s a little way out of town, so you’ll need to take a taxi there and back (no buses go that way), and all the information we found was Japanese only. Overall a very relaxing place to spend a couple of nights.

The staff receiving us was nice. Although he didn't speak English (and I don't speak Japanese), he tried hard to run translations with his mobile app. We enjoyed the private family hot-spring, and are happy with the room condition. There are restaurants right next to uor room. We checked in late in the evening but one of the restaurants sitll open were happy to serve us before close. Nice staff and nice food. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relax stay.
