"The staff helped us with extending our stay offering to help us locate another hotel if the did not have a cancellation to allow us to stay beyond our booking dates. Fortunately for us there was a cancellation. We were notified and had the perfect place to stay. Helped us navigate not just the hotel but Other places we’d be going to or should just check out. I felt safe. The facility was clean nicely kept up. My family had a pool to joy in their downtime our overall experience was a 5+. Thank you"

"Looks newly renovated, decorated and furnished. Contemporary decor and fixtures. Comfortable rooms..Cool indoor pool inside of an atrium... Convenient location for Mayo Clinic....Nearby restaurants. FREE PARKING.. Decent free breakfast. All in all great bang for your buck.. Would stay again for sure. Nothing bad to say.. Wonderful stay."

"The breakfast at this hotel was so delicious with oatmeal, waffles, fresh bagels and a varoety of toppings. They also have eggs, sausage and potatoes. This is a beautiful location, quiet and SO CLEAN. The staff were always kind and helpful."

"I realized at some point in the evening the over night oximetry machine I had from the Mayo Clinic was missing. Assuming I forgot it on the hotel shuttle I went to the front desk in a panic. The lack of concern from the desk attendant was quite disappointing. Knowing she could have made a quick call to the shuttle driver she kept insisting the best she could do was wait until he returned. I checked back twice and she was rude acted irritated I came back. She wasn't helpful at all."
