"Needed to spend night on the way of road trip. Breakfast is about nothing: no proteion option at all. Smelly and moldy place. Wouldn't stay there again."

"The property was amazing, very clean and upscale. Staff was very friendly, there were a lot of activities to choose from. Several restaurants on property made dinning very easy."

"The outside noise from traffic, especially from semi-trucks engine-braking made it impossible to sleep!! I suspect this is a problem to ALL hotels in the area and not limited to the Budget Inn. Do not stay anywhere near the US-30/I-70 intersection if you value your sleep!! The overall quality at the Budget Inn was very good for the price."

"Toilet did not work.Unflushable. Noise of toilet running all night was only drowned out by the rattle of the air conditioner and the racket of trucks downshifting on the highway. Breakfast was dismal. When I tried the apple juice, a foul smelling brown glob was dispensed. Eggs were served in lukewarm pucks. No meat. I settled on a peelable banana, a sealed yogurt, and hot water. Shampoo in the shower had been watered in the container so it was runny. Carpet had an odd smell (pets?) and the entire room had an air freshener odor. I stayed in motels like this with my parents when I was a child, almost 60 years ago. I do not think that this motel has seen many improvements since then. "

"We had a small friend/family get together and this house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. There is so much space to hang out and relax. We made a couple big meals and the kitchen is well equipped for it. The kitchen and dining area layout works great for a group. The kids had a wonderful time playing outside. Check in/out was super easy. This was our groups second time staying at this property and we would definitely come back again and again. "

"Breakfast was fine. Only thing warm was the self-made waffle machine. Would have been better to have eggs bacon, etc. in lieu of the waffle option. Hotel was very clean and my room was spotlessly clean!"
