8.4/10 Very good! (634 reviews)
This Holiday is not on a par with most others I stay in. It is tired and worn, in need of refurb. Fitness centre was closed and No air conditioning either! Ironically the upper half of floors are currently having work done, hopefully modernising! However, we were not aware of this when we booked and building noise started at 8.30 every morning!

If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. Friendly courteous staff, great food, great service, great amenities! This made our vacation extra special.

"The hotel was ok but we didn’t feel that it was in line with other 4-star hotels we had stayed at recently. The room was pretty small and furnished simply. It was fairly clean but the shower/bathtub wall had soap scum on it in several places. The windows don’t open, so there is no fresh air. Staff ..."

7.4/10 Good! (68 reviews)
"The only plus of the apartment was the proximity to the cruise terminal. The building is old. The room has old furniture. The bedroom was clean. The owner who welcomed us was very nice. We only stayed one night. In my opinion the price was high."
