"Accommodation, hotel on the countryside of Sweden/ Skane. Nice surroundings with landscape, forest, lake, garden. Perfect for rest. Far from everything, you need a car or other vehicle to get there. "Very calm and quiet. Nice food and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a pool table and borad games to borrow and a relaxed atmosphere. The only thing that could be improved was the size of the rooms, the bed took up most of the room and there was no space for anything else."

Best Western Valhall Park Hotell

10/10 Excellent

"We are normally very particular with the hotels we stay at but this area didn’t have a huge selection to choose from. The rooms weren’t anything fancy but they were clean and affordable and we were comfortable for our week stay here. Parking was convenient and daily breakfast was better than I expected with good food. The beds and bedding could be more comfortable because the sheets and pillow cover were a little stiff and noisy. The location was great and close enough for us to go for a run along the coast. We would stay here again if in the area. "

"The hotel offers a charming atmosphere in the heart of Båstad. The interior is well-designed, with plenty of seating areas and fireplaces, creating a relaxing environment. The rooftop pool and bar area are particularly appealing and provide a great spot to unwind. One unique aspect is the constant flow of guests in robes, moving between the spa and the outdoor baths, which adds to the relaxed vibe. The room itself had some quirks. The sink is located outside the bathroom, which can be inconvenient, especially at night. The rooms are small but quiet, with open wardrobes and minimal storage. The bed felt narrow and short, though we’re accustomed to a king-size at home, so this may be personal preference. Both the pillows and the bathroom towels were surprisingly small, which detracted slightly from the experience. Breakfast is served in a spacious restaurant with beautiful views. While the spread isn’t the largest we’ve encountered, it covers all the essentials and maintains a good quality. Overall, despite a few imperfections, the hotel delivers a high standard, particularly for a Swedish property, and remains one of the better options available."
