Amazing included/free onsens (private and public), wonderful staff, extremely clean, and comfortable. They paid a lot of attention to details, such as a “library” of different types of pillows to choose from, alcoholic vending machine, umbrellas to borrow, and ice cream after using the onsen. It felt like we were in a luxury spa, but it was still very reasonably priced. I can not recommend enough! Absolutely loved it!
We are both tattooed so the private onsens were wonderful to be able to use....

We opted for a Japanese style room and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Breakfast was mainly Japanese goodies with a few basic cereals, we would highly recommend the rice and curry. We had dinner included in our package and it was truly amazing, lots of courses including sushi, tempura, rice, noodles and lots of fish. The surrounding area has temples and walks in the mountains and is very beautiful. The staff made us welcome and the manager spoke good English. I would recommend and don't...
