All though private, with direct access to the Saco River via the dock within feet of the front door. North Conway is a 25 minute ride away and Portland is a 50 minute ride to the coast.

All activities from river activities fishing, kayaking swimming ect.. to winter fun including the snowmobile/ATV trail right on property are available at this uniquely beautiful property.

very private, cabin sits on 14 acres of private land. there is a few houses in the beginning of the rd. however the closest neighbors are about 1000 feet away
Please make sure linens are put in the tub

Please only use washer on 1 or 2 spin cycle

Please leave any dished pots pans in strainer or sink. Strainer is under sink.

This is a large peace of property along the Saco river, please be cautious of wildlife and as well as the forest. You are more than welcome to use any wood that is on the ground of the property for firewood. Please do not cut any trees or bushes ect…

There are 2 kayaks with paddles of property if you use them please return them to where they are stored.

Please do not go use undo or touch the brown tarp next to house. That is personal property.

Please put any fires out prior to bed.

Please use paths on property that are clearly paths.

Please bag All trash and leave next to front door.
