In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice boutique hotel, run by a couple. The owners are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is just absolutely perfect on a cobblestone street with restaurants and shopping around. Public transportation is also very inconvenient. What a great boutique hotel run by some very friendly people.

Excellent location for all activities. Tough to find at first and need to park in the underground’s garage near by.
A bit of underwhelming on the preparation of the rental. No Soaps in bathroom nor towels.

"Das Landhaus liegt sehr abgeschieden. Nachts ist es bei Wolken absolut dunkel und ruhig. Man hört nur die Steyr rauschen oder den Wind in den Bäumen. In etwas Abstand am Haus vorbei geht ein Wanderweg die Steyer entlang, der schöne Ausblicke auf das klare Bergwasser bietet. Da das Landhaus ganz unten ..."
