Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. "The house and location was absolutely beautiful, we were welcomed by the lovely landlady who made sure we were provided everything we needed. The property is close to Heiterwang & Plansee lakes which were both equally beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to spend another summer there."

"Basically when you book this place you get no address (just incorrect gps coordinates labeled L2 L2 that take you somewhere in the same town, to the house of an Indian family, which you can imagine our mutual suprise when I knocked on the door). They also have no Email address, and a phone number that leads to a company in Germany that doesn't answer the phone. Also the messaging feature on vrbo is turned off for this property. I spent at least an hour on hold over all the times I called to try...

"We stayed here for one night. It was fine for a one day stay. The furnishing and carpeting are somewhat worn but it was clean. We were not there long enough to use any appliances other than the refrigerator, which worked fine. The location itself is so-so. it is very close to the rodelbahn and some nice hikes but the views from the property itself are rather limited. The neighbors have big old rusted boiler (or something like that) in the front yard so not super attractive immediate surrounding....

"Booking was really easy. Olivia communicates well by e-mail and answers queries quickly. We had a really late arrival at the property which went really smoothly as arranged by Olivia. The house is very large. The living area is warm and cosy with a sofa and a seating area if you want to eat there. The kitchen is very well equiped so there were no problems with cooking for 5. It has a seating area for 6/7 and enough cutlery and crockery to ensure you don't have to switch on the dishwasher...
