"We came in early evening and the desk clerk wasn't very attentive. When going in and out of the pool area you needed the desk clerk to open it for you so every time we came back we needed to go to the smoking area to get her."

I contacted you way before my reservation and you said that my reservation was non-refundable and you told me that you would contact Quality Inn and ask for my paid for cancellation and YOU failed. "The room was very nice and clean, also a great shower. The breakfast was lacking. After using the patio by the pool we couldn’t back in to the pool area through the pool door and had to go through a conference room and back around through the lobby, there was no key pad for that door???? The pool and hot tub were very nice!"
