GORGEOUS Waterfront Home w/Huge Flat Yard, AMAZING VIEWS, Wine Trail

Beautiful 5* home on Seneca lake, with an unbelievable lake view from the large 235' flat waterfront property. A small 15 mph lakeside road is quiet and convenient for walking to the nearby 2 restaurants for food and/or drinks, as well as a great waterside stroll! This completely renovated home is cozy and comfortable for a peaceful getaway from home for all seasons. Enjoy the propane fireplace & heat during cold winter months or large windows for spring and summer air. Central AC newly installed! All furnishings, appliances, and bedding are updated regularly. Hardwood floors.

Enjoy the huge landscaped flat yard for family gatherings and yard games. The gazebo is perfect for dining outdoors. Or spend the day relaxing sitting in the phenomenal, large 14'x16' pavilion with comfortable furniture and a hammock surrounded by flowers. Make your own bonfire in the stone 6' fire pit for an evening of relaxation with a beautiful view of the lake.

Enjoy two kayaks for water fun. Best rental around!

***NOTE: Rental Limitations: maximum of 6 people on property and 4 parked cars. No weddings, large gatherings, or RVs.

***Property Restrictions: In order for us to keep our property pristine for your stay we have the following restrictions: We do not allow RVs, motor homes, tents of any kind, special events (ie. weddings, reunions, corporate events etc.). Maximum parking 4 cars. MAXIMUM capacity of the house is 6 people. Special requests will be considered by the owner and may have stipulations and/or extra charges.

PETS - You love your pets and so do we and to keep our home beautiful please no pets on the furniture! We ask that you please make sure the yard is cleaned up upon your departure. For those who have pets that shed please do an initial vacuum of the house to remove all pet hair upon your departure. We hope to keep our home pet-friendly for everyone but we need some help to maintain the cleanliness of our home. A separate pet security deposit may be required. 2 PET MAXIMUM (strictly enforced) Thank you to all.

Great inside and outside spaces

Inside is similar to a beautiful bed and breakfast, outside areas are fantastic. Kitchen easy to cook in, state parks and rail trails, wineries, then sitting at the firepit watching the lake. Wonderful!

Wonderful stay

This is the second time we have stayed at Chris’s place and it was just as wonderful as we remember! Well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and lots of living space. Many outdoor areas for relaxing and the view is fantastic. Chris is a great host. Will definitely be back

A great escape to the outdoors

The house was great. It was a perfect location so we could experience some of the lakes and waterfalls the finger lakes have to offer. We were unable to see everything so we plan on coming back next time for a week

Such a nice property. The location was great, coffee on the dock every morning watching the sunrise. Very well equipped kitchen that we really enjoyed using. Comfy beds and good bathrooms. Thank you Christine!

Superb on Lake Seneca

Wonderful lake front property with absolutely everything available. Well stocked kitchen and amenities both inside and outside with the great seating, grilling and dock areas.The location could not have been nicer as we visited many local wineries, took several hikes and explored the lovely area of the Finger Lakes. We have stayed at VRBO's all over the world and this property was one of the most well appointed. The owner was great at communication and cooperation. Outstanding !!

Perfect getaway stay

Cannot write enough good things about this beautiful home and property. The owner is amazing, so kind and very quick to respond and answer any questions. Normally I don't write reviews, but know how hard it is to find a clean, nice place to stay. Well this is it! Loved the lake views from just about every room of this place. Spacious kitchen stocked with everything you could need. All the rooms had everything you needed to be comfortable, which was great for saving space when packing. The fireplace was cozy and perfect for the cool fall nights. Best of all it was super close to wineries and all that Lake Seneca has to offer. Had the most incredible time! We will definitely be coming back for another stay. N.C.

Wonderful Home

Just returned home from a very nice two night New Years Eve stay at this lovely home. Chris was very accommodating to our arrival and departure times and was very good about communicating quickly with any questions we had. The home was located right on the water with only a small street to cross to be at the lake (probably 35 yards from front door to lake). There’s also a lovely side yard of the property facing Seneca lake that would be a great spot to hang out during a summer visit with fire pit, etc. Upon arriving the house was heating up and everything we needed was there for us to use. The two bedrooms were very comfortable as well. The wood burning fireplace was a nice touch and living room very comfortable. Prior to our arrival we had requested that our dog would be allowed to join us and Chris was wonderful about allowing that to happen. This truly made our stay that much more enjoyable being able to be away with our fur child. The location of the home was great as it was right along the wine trail half way between Geneva and Watkins Glen (about 20 minutes or so to both). There are a few wineries that are within just a few minutes from the house as well. We tend to be a little particular with certain things and where we stay, but there really wasn’t anything bad I could say, well except it was 35 and rainy but that’s kind of expected in the winter haha. I would certainly like to come back for a summer trip when everything is in season and happening in the area. Thank you again Chris for having us at your home. Happy New Year!

Long weekend

Good location. Very comfortable house with great outdoor spaces and many amenities. Lovely spot on the dock with new furniture. Host was quick and thorough with communication. Great experience and would stay here again.

Great Property

We recently stayed at a lovely house for our family vacation, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The property is in a great location, directly across a narrow street from the lake, offering stunning views and easy access to water activities. The house itself was extremely clean and provided all the comforts of home, making our stay very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring that everything was in order for our visit. The yard and outdoor amenities were convenient and added to the enjoyment of our time there. The property description was accurate, and everything met our expectations. However, there was one downside. The outdoor furniture, dock, and kayaks were not cleaned regularly and were quite dirty, with cobwebs accumulating. This was a minor inconvenience but did detract slightly from the overall experience. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway. With a bit more attention to the outdoor amenities, it would be absolutely perfect.

Incredible beautiful property!

Chris thought of everything you could ever need. The house and grounds are beautiful and immaculate. Perfect location centered between Watkins Glen and Geneva with so many things to do a short drive away. The view of the lake is the best you will find. We plan to return often!! And our terriers were welcome too- they loved the wildlife!

We all had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. I only wish we had more time! The house is beautiful. Right on the lake with gorgeous views. Would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer so we can enjoy all the outside activities. The owners make it wonderful for guests!!

Overall excellence!

This property far exceeded our expectations! The owner is wonderful and the condition of the home was immaculate and decorated perfectly! You feel like you are renting your friends home! The kitchen was fully equipped and we mean fully! We ate home 5 of the 7 nights and were mesmerized by the beauty of the lake and mountains . The location was great- close to both south and north sides of the lake. Don’t miss sunrise sitting on the porch and drinking your coffee!!

Beautiful home with private dock

Lovely home on a quiet street directly on Seneca Lake. My husband and I enjoyed this pet-friendly home, with our dog, where we could relax by the fire pit and sit on the private dock. Great location where we could walk to two restaurants and pontoon rentals. The house is very well kept and equipped with all the necessities. Highly recommend this home as your next vacation spot.

Peaceful and beautiful retreat

This was our second time staying at this magical property and it was as fantastic as we remembered. The house and outside property are impeccably maintained and the home owner is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Plus you cannot beat the incredible lake views!
