"We booked studio flat rooms but not anywhere on Expedia it states those room are 100m away from the hotel built underneath residential flats.
We woke up to people cooking everyday and the smell was horrible.
The music by the pool was so loud everyday not sure the reason as people come on holiday to relax.
The manager did not want to help us at all. We were given horrible rooms and instead of admitting her fault she just kept on saying they’re fully booked. She didn’t even offer us free drinks or...
