"The hotel and room were nice, very spacey. The shower does not get hot and the body wash dispenser was empty make sure to bring your own. Those were my only complaints. The shuttles were great though! Very convenient and multiple ran so there weren’t any long waits. Staff were all very friendly. One more thing, parking is terrible! Plan to park your car and leave it. Good luck finding a spot. "

"While the overall condition of the hotel was excellent and generally suitable for a comfortable stay, my experience was effected by a few operational issue. The room provided at check-in was not the one I originally booked, and despite requesting a basic amenity such as microwave, it took two days for the staff to resolve the issue. It appears that the root cause may have been an overbooking or misalignment between Expedia and the hotel's intenal reservation system. However, the front desk team could certainly be more professional and customer-focused in handling such situations. The only person who consistently offered support and clear communication was the manager"

"Rooms are in poor shape. There were construction workers remodeling the rooms which will help. No coffee maker. Office is in lock-down which tells you the type of neighborhood they are in. Looked good on their web site. Would not recommend this hotel until the remodeling is complete. "
