Tracey is racist and rude. Her husband was very friendly and welcoming. I will not go back there.

These are the facts: After specifying you needed to be in at a reasonable time, as we have other guests.you came it at 12pm, fighting with your boyfriend. Your boyfriend only came in at 5:30am the following morning. You smoked in the room and lied about it. We welcome you to seek alternative accommodation that will suit your behaviour.
