Outside on your private balcony you'll enjoy views of the beautiful grounds of the Barrington Court condominium complex! The beach is easily accessed by lift or one flight of stairs, then straight out to the beach on one of two boardwalks! Palmetto Dunes amenities are nearby, such as the three championship golf courses (Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and Fazio), Tennis and Pickleball centre, and various restaurants.

**Beginning in January 2027, the lift serving Barrington Court will be taken out of service for an expected period of approximately eight weeks. The building manager anticipates that the lift will return to service in March 2027.

**Barrington Court 116 is on the ground floor with relatively easy access to the car park, pool and beach, so the temporary lack of an lift 1/1-3/1/2027 may not be an issue for your party.**
