2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, Great view and very comfortable Waterfront condo, few steps from beach

The Spa at Port Royal is a hidden jewel on the island. It is like having your own private beach and it is so peaceful and beautiful. The view of the Sound from porch and the primary bedroom. The landscaped courtyard with lagoon and fountains is unbeatable, especially for the price.

This condo is Located on the second floor (stairs only-no elevator) in building one for the best view of the water. The outdoor porch is equipped with high top chairs and table, best for enjoying the beautiful sunrises and soothing sunsets.

The complex is on the ocean on the Port Royal sound with a natural tidal beach.

It is a beautiful beach for sitting, sunbathing, relaxing, strolling, beach combing and bike rides. The beach is SO private with no crowds. Public beaches are only a 5 minute drive from the condo with public parking.

Sleeps 4:
Master bedroom have a super comfortable king size bed with views of the ocean. 2nd bedroom has super comfortable Queen size bed, Linens and blankets are provided.


Bath Towels and washcloths provided. Bring your own Beach Towels

Hilton Head is a beautiful place. The island's growth was thoughtfully designed to limit commercial impact on the natural beauty. It is a wonderful place to vacation with your family & friends. There is so much to see & do for all ages, and the selection of dining options is unparalleled in low country beach destinations.

NO SMOKING ANYTHING is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Smoking inside will result in the loss of your damage deposit.

There is a full Washer/Dryer. Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets.

The kitchen is stocked with a plates, drinkingi glasses, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee filters provided. There is also a new Keurig K-cup coffee maker. Bring your own K-cups

• Trash bags for the kitchen trash can
• Detergent for the dishwasher & Dawn for hand washing
• Pump liquid hand soaps for the 3 sinks. Refill is under the kitchen sink if needed.
• Paper towels.
• Toilet paper.

Fishing/Clamming:
You can dig for clams on our beach! It is so fun. Clamming season is October - May and a fishing license is required. You can buy one online or at many locations on the island like Walmart:

Just right

Nice location in a quiet area of HHI and with a car you can easily get to busier places. Or if you don't and you just want to chill out you can do that too. We would stay here again for sure

Beautiful views, we really loved being on the sound. So quite and peaceful. The complex is really nice and clean. The room was as described, had everything that you needed. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and look at the water and watch planes fly over since it's close to the airport. Look forward to coming back again.

Quiet and Relaxing Beach Stay

Loved the quiet and relaxing stay at The Spa and Port Royal over Thanksgiving week. Our balcony view over the pool and ocean were wonderful. We loved exploring the sand and tidal pools every morning due to the extreme tidal flow exposing so much of the beach. We saw horseshoe crabs everyday! The condo was comfortable. Good sturdy furniture and not just flimsy wicker couches. Loved the comfy throw blankets we used on the couches in the evenings. The king bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Old Folks Traveling

The Spa is a nice slower paced area at Hilton Head. Nice shady area but just steps to the water. We enjoyed watching the the tide go out and viewed the sea life. Our condo was very comfortable. We appreciated the comfortable bed. When we wanted a little more action, we were just a short car ride to shopping, dining, etc.

Beautiful property

Dissapointed that no mention made in listing of ebikes being banned on property. We specifically chose HH for numerous bike trails. Other than that, the condo and view are great.

Hilton Head Stay

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head Island, One month is not enough. The condo was cozy and in a great location. Our host Kathy,. was a pleasure to work with. Our water heater went out the third week and Kathy had it fixed with in 36 hours. If you want views of the water, an indoor pool, and a reasonably priced 2 bedroom condo, this is the place. Thank you Kathy for a great stay.
