Waterfront Oasis w/Panoramic Views! Your Home Away from Home!

Location: This waterfront home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sea Pines; a beautiful, serene, and gated community on Hilton Head Island. This home invigorates you and reassures you that there is life after work (smile) and helps you realize that you need to reward yourself every now and then. Enjoy the picturesque views of the scenic “lake-like” lagoon and the comfort of a home away from home. It's only a 5 minute drive to Harbour Town and the beach via the Beach Club and 7 minutes to the Salty Dog Cafe in South Beach. Our guests have access to one of the nicest, private pools in Sea Pines with 2 tennis courts and 2 converted pickleball courts only a short walk (and even shorter bike ride) away.

Accommodations: 3 Bedrooms, 3 ½ baths. Every spacious bedroom has an ensuite!! Master bedroom has a king size bed and large bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet. It has wonderful sliding doors that give you a picturesque lagoon view. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each bedroom is spacious and has a smart TV. The home is clean, neat, dry and open to all the magnificent beauty of Hilton Head Island! Sleeps 7 comfortably (pull-out loveseat in renovated bedroom) but can sleep 8 (air mattress in blue bedroom).

Amenities: Beautifully decorated kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances. A large deck that invites you to the outdoors and gives you a safe, elevated view of the lagoon. A gas grill is located on the deck for grilling your favorite foods and there is plenty of deck seating with very cozy, comfortable cushions. The den has built-in cabinets, nice soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace and an open layout. In addition, there is HD TV and a DVD/CD player for family fun and entertainment along with wireless high-speed internet. The kitchen and breakfast area integrate nicely with the den and dining area so that no matter which of these rooms you are in, you are always part of the action.

About the area (5 to 10 minute drive to the following):

*Beach - Sea Pines Beach Club is the best place to hang out when going to the beach. It is exclusive for the residents and guests in Sea Pines. The Beach Club has spacious parking, an outdoor bar and grill with live entertainment, activities for the kids, clean bathrooms and showers for exiting the beach. See cool aerial view video:

*Harbour Town - You would not want to overlook Harbour Town's excellent dining/shopping, live entertainment and kid's playground. There are also charter boats, jet skis, parasails and the famous Hilton Head Lighthouse. Greg Russell is a big hit for the kids. His free summer concerts are M-Th from 8:00-9:30 pm under the famous Liberty Oak Tree!

*South Beach - Has some of the best pizza and ice cream on the island. South Beach is home of the famous Salty Dog Café and tee-shirt store as well as many other nice restaurants and shops. Occasionally, we'll do a dolphin watch cruise here that is great for kids and adults.

*Sea Pines Center (The Shops at Sea Pines)- Provides a place for renting bikes, dinning and shopping. Truffles, Low Country Produce, Giuseppi's Pizza and C'est Bon are highly recommend. The Farmer's and Maker's market brings in various local venders on Tuesdays from 10 am to 2 pm where you'll find plenty of interesting items!

*Bikes for guest - We keep our beach cruiser bikes on the property which you may use. Those bikes can be found in the garage. Please ride bikes with caution. If you choose to ride them, you are assuming full responsibility for any injuries that might occur as a result of any accidents, mechanical failure of the bike and/or any negligence by you or others. Feel free to ride them but at your own risk! Also, please do not ride bikes on the beach to protect from salt damage.
