This is our newest project and love! It has a small ocean view and it was completely renovated in May 2020. Very comfortable king Serta Mattress, high quality linens. Fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook your meals. Comes with beach bikes, chairs and beach towels. Centrally located just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut with restaurants, shopping and entertainment in walking distance.


Beautifully designed kitchen and living space with granite counters and black stainless appliances. 50 inch smart TV and Queen Sleeper Sofa

Bedroom features a new king bed and 32 inch smart TV


We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something special.

The location was nice, not ocean front, but a great beach! Lots to do. Unfortunately the unit above and below us must have been under construction because it was noisy until 10pm.

Stay was right on the beach. Clean and close to everything. Left 2 shirts and hosts returned them quickly. Highly recommend. We will stay again.

Nice place for a short stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to check in and out. The condo is nice and it is well decorated. The owner communicated well through the app. The location is great. We walked out to the beach to watch the sunrise and walked to the Tiki Hut at night. The only downside to this place is that it is very small and some of the furniture could use an update (the bed and couch). That being said, I’d happily stay here again and I’d recommend it to others.

Great location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located right by the beach and Coligny Plaza and generally looked like the photos. Our only critique was that it could be a bit cleaner (eg some dirty dishes, dust, trashcan was a bit gross). We did, however, appreciate that the hosts left shampoo and soap, as well as cookies!

There is nothing I could think of to rate below excellent. Everything was clean, close proximity to attractions, etc. This is perfect for 2 people but any more than that would be crowded. Thanks again

1st time to HH

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and the location was perfect! Close to the beach, shopping and dining within walking distance or by trolley. The condo was comfortable and inviting; looked just liked the photos. The hostess was quick to respond with recommendations for things to do/see and places to dine. Hilton Head is a very bike-friendly community so it was nice having the bikes to use. We wanted a beach vacation to celebrate our anniversary and found an amazing place…..the hostess was ever so thoughtful by providing a sweet treat for us as well. We have returned home with many new and wonderful memories. Thank you!

Cozy Getaway

First impression, walking in was clean and cozy. The place smelled and looked clean! The place was exactly as described and the property owner was great to communicate with. There are some improvements that will be needed in the near future, but it would not stop us from renting again. To detail…. The comforter on the bed is getting older, the couch is still in good condition but will need new cushions or replaced as it’s starting to lose its plushness, and bikes (although a perk) are getting worn and will need a good maintenance. However, the bed was super comfy, floors, walls, counters were all clean and in good shape and shower in great shape. Everything said, the owners obviously care and take pride in their place and I would recommend this unit to any couple looking for a nice getaway at a great price.
