Make yourself at home at this gorgeous, golf course front condo in the sought-after Harbour Master community of Shipyard. This two-story, family-friendly condo is all about guests' comfort, privacy, and convenience. Enjoy a spacious floor plan that includes an inviting living room with a flatscreen TV with cable, a den, a dining room with a six-person dining table, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, along with a half bathroom. The living room opens up to a private patio with two comfortable patio chairs, a four-person outdoor dining area, and a gas grill. This is the perfect spot for family barbecues! All bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The main bedroom has a private sitting area with two twin beds and incredible golf course views! Additional amenities include a great community outdoor pool and tennis courts.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nothing too spectacular

It was quiet and peaceful. Liked no hassle check in and check out. The home is quite outdated and can use some updates. None of doors closed as should. Order to stay comfortably upstairs, downstairs freezing. No fans in second bedroom.

Lovely property close to every thing

We loved how close it was to everything. Biked to beach, breakfast and spent nights in coligny. Very safe for kids and so much space in home, we loved the patio and view. We will be back!

This condo was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. There is some street noise from an adjacent commercial area. Trash trucks at 5 a.m. several mornings.

Overall good but next to a very loud garage service extremely noisy between 5 and 6AM

When booking the property the unit was in the middle of shipyard. Was expecting quiet. Loud midnight motorcycles heard some nights. A cockroach ran between my legs while on the toilet. The front door needs paint. First impressions are important. The unit was very clean except for the odors. The pool area was terrific and the neighborhood was great

Get Away Week

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condos! They were very cute places. The layout was great and most of our needs were automatically met! I can’t say the car rides to the beach were the most fun though. Overall it was a good vacation!
