Beautiful Condo and so close to the beach!

We loved this condo and the location. Such a short walk to the beach without the prices of being right on the beach. Wonderful location! All of the beds were so very comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was well equipped as well to include cups for the coffee maker! Thank you for having us, we had a wonderful time!

Felt like home

Beautiful and spacious inviting home with a fun vacation vibe. Easy access to the beach and pool. So many wonderful beach items provided. Highly recommend and would love to come back again.

We had an outstanding time at the property. We did have a clogged drain and the property owner was very responsive and had a plumber there in no time at all to fix the problem. One of the nicest accommodations we’ve stayed at.

Everything it was supposed to be!

Glad we could stay here for the second time. Our house was attentive and responsive and we had a great week on the island! Having a wagon on premises helped us not have to bring one to tote the littles around!

Great location, perfect for families!

This property was perfect for our family. Great for kids with the bunk beds, and they even had games and kids books to entertain us. You couldn't be in a better spot with just a short walk to the beach. And the wagon, chairs and umbrella were perfect to haul things to the beach. If you have kids, this would be the perfect spot to rent for your trip to Hilton Head

Third Time Just as Great

This is our third year in a row staying at this Condo. Melanie is always incredible to deal with, her condo clean and full of everything we need. It truly feels like our home away from home; comfy and relaxing. The location can't be beat, just a block from private (less crowded beaches) and at the same time a short walk to Coligny Square and the eats. See you again next year Melanie!

Moat

This Condo has a beautiful moat walking into the front door. TVs are in every room. First floor has a small kitchen, a large dining table and a nice living room with plenty of seating. Sliding door out the back with a grill. Second floor has a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry area. The third floor has a balcony sliding door with a with table and chairs. In the room there is a king bed, dresser, a desk in front of a window and a very comfy chaise chair. There is also a Hollywood bathroom with the sink and mirror in one area and toilet and shower in another room . This condo also has a lot of natural light. The owner was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

First time on the island was exceptional

This was our first time going to Hilton Head. We selected this property based on its location to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean. Everything worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. I contacted Melanie a few times prior to the trip and she was very gracious and helpful. I also needed to make a slight change and she was very amenable. We plan on going back to HH and would absolutely take advantage of this unit again. Just a quick note: when going to the beach, it is a 5 minute walk and there are private key coded bathrooms available to use. Very helpful when you want to spend the day on the beach. Melanie also suggested Hilton Head Bicycle Company and that recommendation was excellent. They delivered the bikes prior to our arrival and picked them up on the last day.

Nice Condo

We were very pleased with this condo. The unit was very clean and pretty well taken care of. It was nice that it was stocked with incidentals such as dish soap, garbage bags, laundry soap etc. The beds were very comfortable and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. The only issue was with the complex. Parking was at a premium. Even though we were supposed to have 2 spots we were lucky many times to even find one. There were many times we could not park near the condo and there was one night we had to park all the way at the front of the complex.

Not what we expected or hoped for.

We were not impressed with this rental from the beginning. Upon arrival, the parking lot was full and challenging to find a spot. Once inside we were disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the home. This surprised us because after reading the reviews we expected much better. It was disappointing not to have simple things working correctly and clean. For example, one bathroom’s toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall and fell off several times if it was even bumped. There is a thick layer of dust/dirt around the edges of the carpet. Plus multiple stains throughout the house. No one felt comfortable walking around barefoot. The back door handle is worn out and challenging to lock. The kitchen faucet is broken and sprays you each time. There was food crusted on the kitchen chairs. The home needs some overdue TLC and a deep clean. The positives of the home were the location to the beach and Coligny. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The pools at the complex were also very nice. The third-floor porch is where we spot most nights. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated that she helped with the things we brought to her attention in a timely manner. This is our 8th year coming to HHI, and this is our first time not leaving a great review which is an overall disappointment. We would not recommend staying here until after it’s given the attention it needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was absolutely perfect and the easy walk/bike path to the beach or into town was lovely. We loved having the turtles greet us every time we crossed the bridge into the unit. Our whole family had a wonderful time and would 100% return to this Vrbo.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space. Beware that there are 3 flights of steep stairs. Close to the beach, the short walk took us about 10 minutes pulling a wagon. We enjoyed the gas grill and upper covered balcony. Area seems very safe. Probably will not rent again just because of the stairs ( we are an older couple)
