Fantastic family retreat

Easy process getting in and out- great location, great views, great community. BEAUTIFUL kitchen and loving rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!!

Island Getaway staff...a friendly, cheerful group with a behind the scenes staff that clearly cares about clean. Never a doubt in turning to them for a professional and efficient direction to matching you with your vacation desires. 3309 Windsor Court South is a beautiful window to the beach and you will appreciate the owners tasteful approach in creating and sharing a special beach getaway. Hands down one of our best vacations on HHI in the past 22 years! The view from the plentiful porch furniture and overlooking rooms, beautiful kitchen, and many extras like a few steps from the elevator, well stocked kitchen, and the easy rental approach with the Island Getaway Hospitality App all readily appealed to our need for a GETAWAY!

This condo is well appointed, has a gorgeous view ocean front, is centrally located, and beautifully decorated. Island Getaway is extremely accommodating. I would recommend this property and this management group highly!

Our stay in Windsor Court really was very enjoyable. However, for the money charged the unit bathrooms were less than desirable. We know now why the bathrooms are not shown on the listing. The unit is decorated nicely yet is in need of repairs that would help it look polished and worth the money. One needed Hulk like strength to open the patio door which was missing a handle and the shutter blinds were broken as well. The kitchen/living area is beautiful and great for a large family. Bedrooms are spacious and we were thankful for king sized beds. The elevator not working for almost 2 days was a huge inconvenience.

We have stayed in this unit several times. It has a beautiful view and is nicely furnished including many puzzles and books for beach reading! We stayed a week and in that time the one elevator did not work four times on different days including Saturday night while bringing up groceries.

We stayed at another unit in this complex before and were very happy. Unfortunately, this one didn’t meet our expectations. Upon arrival we discovered the following: 1. Broken door handle to patio. Very difficult to open the door. Handle was just laying on a table. 2. A pill on a bedside table in one bedroom, clearly from previous guest 3. Many broken shutters 4. Outside table was rusted 5. Garbage disposal did not work. After two days maintenance came and fixed it. 6. The most horrifying shower I have ever seen. I REFUSED to get into it. My loving, courageous husband got down on his hands and knees and cleaned it with comet. The most disgusting part was how much dirt and grime went down the drain. I’ve never seen anything like it. Absolutely disgusting. To top it off, the stench coming from the drain itself was so powerful it completely overtook the entire bathroom. Cleaning service came to do another “cleaning” the next day, but my trust was gone.

We have stayed in this unit before. Great location and redone kitchen is great but disappointed in cleaning job. Anything higher than 5 foot was dusty as was shutters and the exhaust fan glass hadn’t been cleaned. My feet were black from going barefoot in condo and the bathrooms are the originals and moldy. For the cost of these condos I would expect better! Chairs in dining room still broken from 2 years ago and my son cut his hand on sliding glass door handle that cracked while he was opening the door. But we had a great time!!

Just left this unit! Beautifully decorated but lots of issues... Bathrooms are old and worn... showers are dirty and the smell that came from the sink drain and shower in second master bathroom was unbearable... couldn’t even use it because the rotten, sewer smell was so overwhelming. Have to agree with the former unit user about the broken handle for the sliding glass door and how difficult it was to open it. The table outside was rusty and the glass was in need of repair... We also noticed mold on the ceiling around the ac vents, especially in the kitchen.. Gross!! In addition, I called Island Getaway to report these issues and they said they were very surprised because they had no former complaints. Will come to HHI again but will think twice about staying in this unit. We spent almost 5,000 for the week, and at that rate I should be staying in a pristine home away from home!
