Springwood 44 - 2 BR/2.5 Bath Townhouse

  • This spacious 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath Newly Renovated upstairs townhouse is a short distance to the beach, and across the street from the famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Springwood #44 has a king in the master bedroom, and bunk beds in the guest bedroom each with a twin on top and double on the bottom. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the condo. The owner has equipped this condo with everything you will need on vacation. It has a fully stocked kitchen, pots, pans, glasses & silverware to cook any meal. If you don't feel like cooking you can always walk to Island Coney or Hinchey's just a short walk away for Breakfast or Lunch. Walk a little further to Coligny plaza to find many more shops, restaurants and the island's famous south end Piggly Wiggly. The Low Country Celebration Park is just a short walk as well. The Beautiful Atlantic Ocean is about 3-4 Blocks Walking Distance. On the island this stretch of beach has the most area to spread out without being too close to your neighbor.
