Springwood 111 - Updated Forest Beach Townhouse

  • Springwood 111 is updated with all of the comforts of home. The townhouse is spacious and updated with new furnishings, flat screen TV's and wireless internet. The primary bedroom has a King Bed with an attached bath. The guest bedroom also has a King Bed with an suite bathroom. There is a twin rollaway bed in the guest bedroom closet as well. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa in the living room plus a powder room with a 1/2 bath. The Kitchen is updated and fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the condo. Springwood has an on-site pool. Easy walk to the beach plus nearby shopping and restaurants at Coligny Plaza plus the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit #028752
