SeaRenity! Beautiful Reno! King bed! w/Bikes
- Was completely renovated 3/23. Great ocean view. COMFORTABLE king bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Gorgeous new stand up shower with rain fall fixture and an additional sprayer. 55" Roku tv in the living room and 32" Roku tv in the bedroom. The villa has a fully functional kitchen with anything needed to cook meals. Located in Seaside Villas, 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza. Direct beach access on the property. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside is an oceanfront complex in walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
