Enjoy this terrific beach house in a great location, only a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Grab your coffee cup and sit on the beach to watch the sunrise or bring your bottle of wine to enjoy the cool evening breezes! Come enjoy the large spacious floor plan, perfect for your group to have a great beach vacation. This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house comfortably sleeps 13 guests with a large deck overlooking a 15'X30' pool (heat additional ). Fenced in yard. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. Light and Airy Family Room with cozy couches, large tv, PS3, DVD, 500MB Superfast Wifi , Roku and Hulu live streaming. Borrow a Boogie Board, Beach Chair or Game to enjoy time on the beach while relaxing at night with a board game or family movie. Walk out the back gate to the beach path and relax on the stunningly beautiful, quiet beach. Enjoy all of Sea Pines many amenities including Golf, Tennis, Boating, Fishing, Nature Preserve, Stables, and over 15 miles of Bike Trails. There are lots of great restaurants close by as well as plenty of excursions for the adventurous type. This is the place where you can choose to be active or just relax, it's all your choice.

Pool heat is available for $600 (May-Sept) $800(April & October) and $1000 (November-March)plus tax.

We welcome one dog with applicable pet fee.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
No Towed Boats or Electric Bikes are allowed. Ring Doorbell camera on front door.

Even though the weekend was rainy, the house provided ample space for the family to spread out and enjoy games and such. The pool was a huge hit with all the kids.! Would definitely stay again, Lori was a super host.

This property was amazing! My wife and I stayed with our 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked and the pool was great. Even though we never met the host, we felt her hospitality throughout the experience. We would definitely rebook here.

Great Property, Great Host

We had a great stay! The property was well described in the listing, and Lori was terrific host who went above and beyond. The proximity to the beach was terrific, esp as we had a couple of toddlers so getting to/from the beach always comes with a bit of an extra challenge. Would 100% book a stay here again!

Delightful Stay Just Off the Beach in Sea Pines

We had an amazing week at this property with our family of eight adults and one baby and our small dog. The house is very well appointed, well laid out and perfect for relaxing family week at the beach. The owner is unbelievably responsive and available via text. We would not hesitate to return and stay at this property.

Lori’s house is wonderful! It is located very close to the beach and has a large pool. The house is very clean and comfortable and Lori is a great host! Great Experience

Hudson South is one of the best homes that we have stayed at. First of all Lori had amazing communication and went above and beyond for us. The house has everything you need and it steps from the beach. We had children from 4-17 and they all had a great time. The children loved playing in the pool. We will hopefully be back soon!

Perfect accommodations

We traveled with a group of 8 for a golf trip. Everything was smooth and the host communicates well. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom. Lots of space for hanging out and cooking. Perfect location to golf courses and Harbour Towne square. Pool was awesome, definitely heat it for April stay. Beach was so close and peaceful with lots of friendly dogs! We didn’t want to leave. Fantastic stay!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting

Every year 9 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years rent a home for a gathering. We have done this more than 20 times in different locations across the country. We all agreed that this home is the best we have ever rented. It was clean, comfortable and conducive to a gathering of 9 friends with a dining room table and living room seating to comfortably accommodate all of us.

Family Fall Break

House was just as listed. It is lovely and very welcoming and comfortable. Plenty of space inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of blankets for use in the family room. The bedrooms are all roomy and comfortable. We loved the pool outside and we enjoyed the easy and quick walk to the uncrowded beach! The home is in a great location to ride your bike and/or walk into South Beach/Salty Dog. Fun bike ride to Harbor Town and the nature preserve. Our family had a great week of winding down and relaxing together!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for our growing family and had ample rooms and comfortable bedding. The location to the beach has very easy access to get equipment and babies.. and walk the dogs on the beach. We were also happy that our dogs were allowed to spend the week with us! We enjoyed playing family games and watching TV in the large comfortable living room.. and is very bright and airy. Our gang enjoys working jigsaw puzzles and the family room table was perfect for that! The Kitchen is well stocked for preparing simple meals and gathering around a large dining table together. The back deck is nicely furnished to enjoy a meal or drinks under the patio lights. The pool is well kept and cleaned and we loved having the extra floats and beach umbrellas and chairs.The owner was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic Family Retreat

Our stay at 15 Black Skimmer, was a delight from start to finish. Located just steps away from the beach, this 3rd row beach house exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the prompt communication with the owner, who provided exemplary customer service throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and responsiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful vacation experience. One of the highlights of our stay was pool volleyball, which quickly became a favorite activity for our entire family. The well-maintained pool area provided endless hours of entertainment and relaxation! The proximity to the beach was another major plus. Being just a stone's throw away from the shore meant that we could easily enjoy leisurely strolls or fun-filled beach days whenever the mood struck. Inside the house, we found everything we needed for comfortable family living. The well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying family dinners together. The cleanliness of the house was top-notch, ensuring an inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at 15 Black Skimmer was nothing short of exceptional.
