This well appointed and completely refurnished in 2014, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is just steps to the beach and Atlantic ocean. Lounge by the large sunny heatable* private pool or the beach path is conveniently located right outside your door! This one level home enjoys no stairs. Enter the front door and living area to views of the wonderful pool area, back patio and grill. There is a bright open living/dining are and completely renovated kitchen. The living room features new furniture and 50 inch flat screen TV. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, private bath with shower and whirlpool tub, and a private entrance to pool and lanai area. The second bedroom also has a king bed, 40 inch flat screen TV and private bath with walk-in shower and sliding doors to pool/patio area. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bathroom bathroom with walk-in shower. The bunk bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds, 40 inch flat screen TV and private bathroom. Open and bright ready for your next vacation. Five minute walk to beach. 5 minutes to Palmetto Dunes golf.

Pool can be heated for additional fee. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for a pool to heat up. Please make arrangements in advance for best service.
