Always stay at Sea Side villas

This property is in a great location. Always clean and quiet. Steps to the private beach. The rooms are spacious and this unit is brand new and I advise anyone to stay here.

This place was perfect for a quick get away for my husband and I. Very short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, gated community. We will definitely be back!

Room was clean. I didn’t like walking directly into the bedroom from outside. The place was nice for 2-3 people. We had 5 people for 4 days and it was a little crowded. There was no skillet to use but there were saucepans. Storage for clothes and toiletries was minimal. I liked the location to the beach.

We love staying at SeaSide Villas! This room was super nice and close to the beach and all things fun. Check in was a bit tricky considering the gate codes were all different than what we originally received through email and the code changed again in the middle of our stay. Our contact person was awesome though, with quick response time to resolve any issues. We would recommend/stay again! If you have littles you might want to bring hangers or an extra hanging storage shelf for the closets because there is only one and no other storage for clothes. The bedroom also gets a bit warm at night and the fan that’s in there doesn’t move much air but all things aside it was worth it.

The place was very clean. However, not a trash bag in sight. It was very bare as far as basic necessities. One roll of cheap toilet paper for a family of four staying four nights. Great communication with property manager. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, and the fitted sheet kept sliding off. Would I stay here again? Most likely not. It wasn’t horrible, but nothing to write home about. I guess that’s a typical vacasa managed mid proce range property.
