This property was as advertised, it was clean, sufficiently stocked, and up to date. Everything worked well and it was in a nice, quiet area. To get to the beach, you would need to drive or ride a bike. The community pool and tennis courts were within walking distance. The living and bedroom areas were carpeted. The floors were probably LVP and the kitchen floor had spots where the flooring had buckled but it was not a problem. Overall, we would highly recommend the house and would stay again.
