  • Wake up to breathtaking beach views from your private balcony in this beautifully decorated oceanview villa. Located in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex, you're just steps from the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy retreat features a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and two small bunks for kids. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, and free bikes for exploring the island!

    Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway!

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
