Ocean One 124 - Beautiful 1st Floor Condo
- New Flooring and Freshly Painted in January 2022. Stay beachside and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 124 enjoy a landscape view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. This condo has been upgraded and the charming decor will make you feel right a home. It has a King in the Master, Two Doubles in BR2, 1 Double and 1 Twin in BR3 plus a sofa bed in the living room.
After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.
