Ocean One 102 - Beachside Ground Floor Condo
- Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 102 enjoy a landscape view and won't have to cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean/Beach. King beds in the primary bedroom and BR 2. 1 Queen in BR 3 plus 2 twin beds in BR 4 along with three full-sized bathrooms. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a new grilling area to the complex in the oceanfront lawn area in between the building and the sand dunes. Unit 102 is on the ground level of a 5 story elevator building located in the South Forest Beach area. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also nearby is the new Low Country Celebration Park with a great playground for children. For larger groups - pair your stay in Ocean One 102 with any of our other Ocean One listings.
