Welcome to your Hilton Head Retreat at 191 The Greens- Shipyard. Whether you’re here for a relaxing getaway, a family vacation or a fun week of golf/tennis or pickleball, you will find this townhome to be a comfortable and inviting haven. Situated in the Shipyard community, this lovely townhome has views of the golf course and is a short walk to beautiful Hilton Head beach and the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Resort. The unit is also a short walk to the community swimming pool which is equipped with plenty of chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the day swimming or lounging in the sun.

The townhome is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. From cozy living spaces including a wraparound deck where you can sip your morning coffee to a fully stocked kitchen. The deck has a new Weber Grille for your barbecuing pleasures and plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine and views of the golf course.
This corner unit has an open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout. The entryway offers a half bath, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining area with seating for six. The living area offers a comfortable sleeper sofa and love seat and smart screen TV for relaxing after your day at the beach.

The second floor offers a spacious Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV and updated private bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds, a TV and an updated hallway bathroom. This town home is perfect for couples or families. A new washer and dryer are located in the hallway. Feel free to explore the local area, with its stunning white sand beaches (great for bike riding and boogie boarding), world- class golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts and a vibrant dining scene. You are sure to create wonderful memories at 191 The Greens and will be eager to return in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Shipyard Plantation at 191 The Greens! It was a superb, renovated villa. I also appreciated very much how helpful everyone was at Island Getaway Rentals. September 2021 Stay

Very nice villa. Conveniently located. Truly enjoyed the pool. The grounds were managed well. Very quiet and peaceful. The villa was the correct size for 3 adults. You could not ask for anything in addition. Very nice that games/ puzzles were available. Made everything very homelike. The only problem was the roaches. They were downstairs in the kitchen area (I never saw any upstairs). There were a few of the Carolina bugs (huge bugs) that were found dead in the kitchen in the morning and 2 my husband killed during the day, but more extermination is required for the roach problem.

Great Hilton Head Getaway

Great property in a great location. It’s a short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to most places on the island. The welcome amenities were awesome as well. Definitely sets this rental apart!

Very nice place and short drive to the beach and walk to the pool. Beds were comfy and it was enough space for us. The sound for the tv downstairs is a little tricky to figure out.

191 Greens

Overall, the condo was nice. Updated throughout. The beds were listed on VRBO as being queen size beds but they were only full size beds which made accommodations tight. The outside chairs are falling apart so it was difficult to sit outside. We still enjoyed staying at the condo and had a great trip!
