This 2nd floor walk-up unit offers great treetop views and tranquility. Building amenities include tennis and pickeball courts, a pool, and free parking for one car. Unit also includes washer/dryer.

The beach is just a 20 minute joyful walk, a 5 minute bike ride, or a 3 minute car ride. There is free parking right across Coligny Beach. You can use the beach chairs and cart in the unit.
