The condo was updated and clean. The property is older but a nice walk to beach and pools are very nice. Great stay!

Stayed here for a long weekend with our kids and our grand baby. The unit was nice, updated and clean. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Check in and parking were simple. The walk to the beach is 0.3 miles down the boardwalk. The shuttle does not run non stop. At dinner time for example it runs from 4:30-6 and then starts back again at 8pm. But the walk isn’t bad at all. We loved that there was wagons and chairs and sand toys to take to the beach! It all came in handy. We had a hard time finding the storage under the yellow building but it is way back toward the green building. Look for the lighthouse under the yellow building. The only down sides was that they do not have beach towels and we got 1 towel per person staying in the room so we didn’t want to use our bath towels at the beach. We flew in from Ohio and beach towels take up too much space in luggage. It was also noisy. We didn’t even sit in the living room in the evening and watch tv due to the noise from the pool…that doesn’t close until 11pm. Kids screaming, drunk people laughing. The neighbors above us were also noisy. They literally ran back and forth across the floor until 11pm and started again at 6am which woke us up. I wish the pool was bigger, especially for the number of units there but the pool bar is awesome and the food there is amazing…and it’s a gift shop. Super cool! A big thank you to the owner for having us. We had a great time.

I have stayed at the resort three times before and this is by far THE cleanest and most beautifully remodeled villa at the resort. It is in building 1 with easy access to the trolly and boardwalk. The outdoor pool is awesome as well. The villa has everything you need to cook meals and has comfy beds/pillows, and linens. It has been so nice to come in and feel at home with no worries about anything. There are several great places to eat. Check the visitor’s book for our recommendations. We really enjoyed our annual Auntie’s and Niece’s beach trip. It was a wonderful get away! I definitely recommend Trish’s villa!!

Perfect location. Villa was in building closest to the beach. Bed layout was great for a two bedroom condo. Trish was amazing with communication and accommodation!! Would highly recommend staying at this property and we will definitely look to stay here again when we are back to HHI!!

A Pleasure Once Again

We had an excellent stay once again. I didn't even realize I had booked the same condo since my 2021 stay. The remodel is excellent and very comfortable. Patricia is a great host and I appreciate her hospitality. The property is nice, easy to find and a leisure boardwalk to a wonderful beach. Very comfortable and convenient stay. Great value.
