Down the hall is a beautifully appointed new kitchen for cooking or coastal entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with a large island with seating for six, a dining room table that seats 8, state-of-the-art appliances, a pantry with plenty of storage space, and a large refrigerator. The living room is spacious and includes a smart TV. The new screened porch which features plenty of seating and a propane grille is perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day at the beach. Rounding out the first level is a half-bath and large coat closet.
The 2nd primary greets you at the top of the stairs on the second level. This bedroom includes a smart TV, a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a shower. A private porch with a lovely swing for relaxation is located off this bedroom. Down the hall, Bedroom 3 includes a queen-size bed with a large closet, and a porch with chairs ideal for a cocktail or a glass of lemonade. Bedroom 3 shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4 that includes a vanity, and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 4 features two bunk beds with trundles to sleep a total of six guests on twin mattresses, a large walk-in closet, and a shared bathroom. The full-size washer and dryer are also located on the second level.
The ground floor includes a garage with room for three cars, a refrigerator for your overflow needs, and access to the backyard. The private backyard will have a beautiful built-in pool to lounge in and around in winter 2024!

*A private pool will be under construction in the backyard from October through December. The pool will not provide safety equipment. *4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24 *7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24 *Parking for a total of five vehicles. Three will be in the garage and two in the driveway. *The town of Hilton Head Island prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw. *The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. *1 dog under 60 lbs welcome (there is a $300 nonrefundable pet fee). *Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.

Clean and spacious, kitchen nicely equipped with small appliances and plenty of dishes, glassware and silverware, with an extra fridge downstairs. Pool was heated and clean. Bedrooms had nice furniture and bedding. Plenty of towels for our large group. Balconies were lovely. Sort drive or walk to the beach. A few suggestions: dishwasher needs repairs, outdoor furniture could use cleaning, bunkbeds are a little wobbly. Some upstairs door squeak (making it hard for parents to go in or out without waking the kids).
