Enjoy the sandy shores of Coligny & Forest Beach on the South End of HHI! This newly managed 1 bed/1 bath condo at Sea Side Villas is perfect for your island getaway & we would absolutely love to host you.

180 Sea Side Villas is a quaint & spacious condo that has all that you might need during your time on the island. Sea Side Villas is an oceanfront resort! There is a stunning water view from the balcony, a swimming pool, and the beach is just a short walk away via the boardwalk.

Relax after a long day in the sun! The main bedroom provides a comfy queen bed, a Smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows, and a connecting bathroom. There is also a set of twin in-wall bunk beds in the hallway! The living room is perfect for kicking your feet back! Enjoy the comfy queen sofa bed as well as another Smart TV. The open floor plan into the kitchen makes it easy to cook your meals without missing a second of your favorite show!

The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and all of the cookware you might need during your stay such as pots and pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes, cooking utensils, measuring cups, mixing bowls, dining ware, etc. We do NOT provide pantry essentials. We are glad to provide starter items like paper towels, dishwashing & laundry detergent, toilet paper, and trash bags a the beginning of your stay. We also provide enough bathing towels for each guest during their stay!

There is a laundry center that is available across the hall. Please note that these machines are coin operated only! You are also within walking distance to Forest Beach, Coligny Beach, and Coligny Shopping Plaza!

Please be reminded that this condo is NO PETS & NO SMOKING or VAPING!
