This property had everything we needed to go and explore the beaches. It also had everything we needed to make us want to cozy up, enjoy a home grilled meal and play games. The next time we come to HH we are staying here! Great experience.
This unit was very nice and the pictures are a great depiction of the property. We had everything we needed in the unit. The pool is very close and the beach was just a short drive or walk away. We will for sure rent this unit again.
We love this condo! This was our second time staying at 701 Queen's Grant. The beds are comfy. It's super easy to access the beach from the property via bike or walking. All around a great spot. Communication with hosts is super easy. An overall great experience!
This was a great choice for a family get-together. The house was well-appointed and the location was very convenient. Nice kitchen, living area and comfortable bedrooms.
One elderly aunt had difficulty with no railing on the front stairs, but apart from that everything was terrific.
Fabulous location. Tony was amazing and responded quickly. The house was perfect for family and friends to stay. Walk to great restaurants and breweries, beautiful sunsets, great music, delicious ice cream , fabulous beaches. The Pinellas Trail was so close to walk or bike.! Loved the location and walking distance to everything! This house has everything you need!

Perfect location to visit Dunedin
Casa Aqua was the perfect location to spend time in Dunedin. Walking distance to the Jays spring training, bars and restaurants downtown and access to the walking/biking Pinella Trail. We had a car with us so it was handy for groceries as well as getting to some of the nicest beaches only 15 minutes away. The house itself was well equipped and and very comfortable for 4-6 people. Tony was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. For anyone looking to spend the spring in Dunedin, we would highly recommend Casa Aqua as your home base
The house is VERY conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Dunedin and a short bike or car ride to all area amenities in the Clearwater/Dunedin area. Spacious and clean, the house was well stocked in every area. You can show up without having gone to the store yet and there will be staples like spices, paper products, etc. Screened in patio was a big hit and the kitchen is very well appointed. Lots of space to spread out and never felt crowded. I would recommend this house to others as a great place to stay on the Clearwater/Dunedin line.
